Giuseppe Mazzini was 26 year old Italian leader.  He was the man who organized "Young Italy".  In this group no one older than 40 was allowed to join the organization.  In 1848 Mazzini had confronted the Republican goverment in Rome stating his opinion of nation-state.  He thought that it was the best way for social justice, Democracy, and peace throught European soil.  That was the same year former rulers of Italian state drove Mazzini out and into exile.
